Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned unused, unworn, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase. To request a return, contact info.marhabacomefirst@gmail.com before sending the item. Approved returns will receive a return shipping label and instructions. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately. Sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom products, perishable goods, and certain hazardous or personal-care items are non-returnable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank may take additional time to process them.
